Today I refitted the racking, off the bike since the mishap in Spain (read about that debacle here). I used high-tensile stainless fittings and threadlocked everything - how very forward-thinking of me! Results are below. Email with questions, or specific detail requests. These racks were custom made for the bike, and are 80% welded, 20% brazed.
